For decades, we’ve relied on priests and religious to carry the mission of the Church. But today, we’re facing a new reality: the future of the Church depends on the laity.

Pope Francis reminds us that every baptized person is a missionary disciple. Yet most lay people don’t realize the depth of that calling. Many want to serve, but don’t know how. Some even believe it’s “not their place.”

That’s why the EMC exists: to help young lay Catholics discover that their daily life can be a mission field—and that full-time mission is a real, viable path.

Our three-year program forms young adults theologically, spiritually, and practically. We train them to launch ministries, serve in parishes, and ignite faith in secular places.
